Brigitta Warren, Founder and Consulting Director
Brigitta Warren Founded RecruitNet With A Simple Vision – To Connect Talented People With Great Kiwi Companies.
Brigitta stumbled into recruitment as a 20-something after a stint as a Scientist. She quickly realised she’d found her groove.
Fuelled by her love of people and her unwavering ability to get stuff done, she permanently packed away her lab coat as her reputation as a first-class Recruiter flourished.
Hard-working, well-connected, tenacious, and energetic; when it comes to executive and leadership appointments Brigitta is now the right-hand woman for many leading companies across New Zealand.
As a qualified career coach, Brigitta offers career transition and outplacement services to clients, as well as transformational coaching for job seekers.
Outside of work, Brigitta keeps fit by walking the streets of Hamilton with her faithful dog Lucy and running around after her daughter.
A lover of the great kiwi outdoors and forever drawn to the salty coast, she loves to push her own limits by competing in half-ironman events and trail runs.
Birger Kirsten, Business and Operations
Birger Kirsten joined RecruitNet in May 2021, providing the team with contract recruitment and HR support.
Birger has worked for many years across various markets, gaining specialist skills in project and operational management, strategic and business planning, sales and marketing and recruitment.
Birger has applied his trade in industries such as security, utilities, commercial construction and telecommunications. If you are looking for support in workforce planning and role design, policy and guideline project work, or change management, then Birger can support you.
Birger likes to spend his free time on his boat in the Firth of Thames, catching fish for his family.
